Earth Café is an interactive, culinary rolodex, inviting readers of all ages to scramble and re-arrange dishes from all over the world. The flipbook– which yields upwards of thirty thousand combinations– offers the player an expansive glossary of imaginary edible creations represented visually and phonetically, resembling a sort of culinary Esperanto. Earth Café is Fluxus for food: it's places, substances and affinities are rendered as far-fetched and fluid as the imagination itself. Photography by the author and the Public Domain.
