Earth Café is an interactive, culinary rolodex, inviting readers of all ages to scramble and re-arrange dishes from all over the world. The flipbook– which yields upwards of thirty thousand combinations– offers the player an expansive glossary of imaginary edible creations represented visually and phonetically, resembling a sort of culinary Esperanto.
